Drunken Wings
Ingredients: 2 1/2 pounds wings trimmed and separated, 4 large garlic cloves chopped, 1 medium onion minced, 1/2 cup light rum, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce, 4 tablespoons olive oil, 3 tablespoons mild honey, 2 teaspoons Durkee Red Hot sauce or to taste

  • Mix marinade ingredients in a bowl large enough to accommodate wings. Add wings, stir, and marinate for 2 hours at room temperature. Drain and reserve marinade.
  • Start barbecue or preheat broiler. Place wings on grill and barbecue until browned and cooked through, about 15 to 20 minutes. Turn after 10 minutes and baste with marinade.
  • Transfer to a platter and serve.
